Transport

Almscliffe Valley is located a short 10 minute drive from the centre of Harrogate.

The venue offers the chance for in-field parking, but please bear in mind weather conditions may make parking difficult. Alternatively here are some local taxi companies:

Where exactly is the venue?

We've been advised to use “What Three Words” to give a precise location. Find us at ///Hike.Panting.Archduke.

What is the taxi situation?

Unlike London and Amsterdam, local taxi services are more common. Pre-book for peace of mind or use Uber on the day.

Is anything happening the night before?

Stay tuned. We'd love to book some tables in a pub in Harrogate as a welcome on the Friday evening.

Will there be food?

There will! We are working with some food truck vendors for an informal meal.

What about drinks?

We'll be providing reception, toast and table drinks. At the end of the day there will also be a bar to buy your own wine, beer, cocktails or soft drinks.

What if it rains?

Bring a layer and a rain jacket. We will have the warmth of DJs, a disco ball and the dancefloor but you may have a couple of moments waiting outside.

I'm planning on bringing my child, what services are there?

Although we have no child-specific activities planned, your child / baby is more than welcome. This is still a work in progress but we hope to provide a safe, enclosed area and baby changing facilities. Speak to us for more info.
